Tanner, with a background in construction management, pairs his technical skills with Cheryl's keen eye for design, resulting in homes that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also tailored to fit the lifestyle of their owners. Together, they strive to make the home-building process enjoyable and seamless, guiding their clients from the initial concept to the final walkthrough. Tanner Miller

I kicked off my career in the construction industry in 2009, running an HVAC and Electrical company. Then, in 2017, my passion for building homes took over, and we began a new adventure, constructing homes for our neighboring communities.
Cheryl Miller
Office Manger
Cheryl oversees our company’s day-to-day operations. She works with clients on laying design layouts and building the color pallet, helping to bring our client's vision to life.
Ashlie
Administrative Assistant
Ashlie provides administrative support to the SWLA Constructors & Development Team. She started her construction industry career in 2002 and has been a key asset to our daily operations.

Project Manger
With more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, Scottie brings significant value to the SWLA Constructors Team by providing critical project management skills.
