  • Permit Blueprint Set

  • Our in-house Design Team, armed with data from your Site Evaluation  and Selection meetings, will generate your first set of plans.

  • Kickstart the permitting process.

  • Finalize Your Plans, Site, and Financing

  • The final phases include securing your construction loan, finalizing your plans, and ensuring you have everything in place to commence construction.

Order Appraisal

  • Initiate the appraisal process as soon as your plans are ready.

  • Compaction Test

  • If you're raising your home site with a dirt pad, complete and submit a compaction test.

  • make informed decisions regarding interior and exterior finishes.

Close on
Your Loan

  • After the appraisal is complete, close on your construction loan.

  • Share your Closing Disclosure with us.

  • Final Blueprint Set

Our Design Team will prepare the final set of construction plans. You'll have the opportunity to review them one last time before confirming your plans and selections.

Construction Begins

Framing Walk

  • Collaborate with your Superintendent during the framing quality control phase.

Finishes Walk

  • Walk through your home with your Superintendent after countertops and cabinets are installed.

  • Review the progress before flooring and remaining finishes are applied.

  • Punch List Walk

  • Join your Superintendent for a thorough walk-through.

  • Create a final list of items to address before closing.

  • Resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Closing Day

  • A final meeting with your Superintendent at your new home.

  • Review all completed items on your Punch List.

  • Receive the keys to your brand-new home!
